Joined Capelli in 2024

Rachel has been doing hair since 2015 and has been such a fun & bubbly addition to our family. She is by far one of the most artistic of our bunch and she liiiiives for any services involving foils or big transformations. Any time you spend in her chair will surely be relaxed & refreshing.

Fun fact? She welcomed her baby girl in 2023!
